Terms of Service

These simple terms explain the basic rules for using the Quick Symbols website and desktop beta.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Use of the site and app

Quick Symbols is provided as a utility website and desktop beta for finding, copying, and pasting symbols into notes, documents, research, and shortcuts. You are responsible for how you use copied symbols and any content you create with them.

Beta status

Quick Symbols Desktop is a beta product. Features may be incomplete, experimental, changed, paused, or removed as the product improves. Current builds may be unsigned or not notarized and can trigger operating-system warnings. Do not disable security software to install the app.

Accounts

Some desktop or account features may require sign-in when enabled. If you sign in, you agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login access secure.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse authentication systems, reverse engineer private infrastructure, upload harmful content, or use Quick Symbols in a way that interferes with other users.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to keep the utility useful and lightweight, but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available.

Symbol rendering disclaimer

Symbols may render differently depending on device, app, operating system, and font. Check important documents before sharing or submitting them.

No warranty

Quick Symbols is provided as-is and without warranties. The website and desktop beta are tools for copying text symbols, not professional, medical, legal, or academic advice.
